Presenting Research – Virtually

Director of Programs Dr. Jeff Milroy and Dr. Lindsey Oakes, a Graduate Research Assistant with our partner organization the Institute to Promote Athlete Health & Wellness, presented preliminary findings of their research on campus recreation and sport needs of college students with intellectual and development disabilities to members of the Special Olympics Unified Sports Virtual College Leadership Network via virtual technology. Their research explores the attitudes of campus recreation and sport staff, students without IDD, and students with IDD.
